Shipping & Delivery

With a minimum purchase of $60, delivery is free of charge within Singapore. For available items on the website, you should receive the package within 5 business days. You will be informed once it is sent out. If you need an urgent delivery, just send us a message to enquire! For bespoke items, as it is make to order, we seek your kind understanding that the items may take longer to reach your doorstep in Singapore. Rest assured that we will provide regular update on the status for any bespoke item. If your delivery address is outside of Singapore, please email us your details and we will arrange the delivery. Kindly note that shipping fees will apply.

Return & Exchange

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please email us within 7 days and we will replace with a new item to your satisfaction.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

As a small business, we will prefer you to pay by offline payment such as Paynow or Paylah, as this will help us to save on online transaction fees. In any case, for all online payments, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a store. However, we are stocked at some locations for customers who need to pick up some items urgently. Please write us a message to find out at where we are stocked, as it may change from time to time! We welcome collaboration and aee constantly looking to consign our products at retail shops that are in line with our brand. When that happens, we will definitely update our website and social media to inform our followers.

Privacy Policy

We will never release your details publicly or sell your information to third parties. The only time we will provide your personal information is for the courier company to make the delivery to your address.
